Admission Policy

Step 1: Registration

Registration is free.

Prospective parents/Guardians register their child/children by providing the required information to the school’s administration as per school’s rules and regulations.

Registration is a first step and does not mean admission of a child or children into the school.

Step 2: Admission

Prospective parents/guardians along with their child/children are called by the school for a formal meeting with the head of the school.

The school has an inclusive admission policy and does not refuse admission on the basis of race, gender, religion, social class or special educational needs of students with disabilities. The school believes that no child is incapable; every child is gifted and unique and has the right to quality accessible education despite their academic shortcomings/low academic performance. Keeping in view its policy, there is no admission test. However, a diagnostic test is taken from all students at the beginning of the academic session for the identification of their learning level and needs and to keep track of the academic progress of children during the academic session.

Note: In any case, the school has the right to accept/refuse an admission as per its policies, rules and regulations in line with the Private School Regulatory Authority, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa.

 

Admission procedure:

  • Parents/Guardians receive an Admission Policy and an Admission Form
  • They read the Admission Policy thoroughly and fill in the Admission Form. School staff assists in translation and understanding various sections of them if required.
  • School staff cross-checks the Admission Form to ensure it is duly filled in.
  • Parents/Guardians along with their child/children have a formal meeting with the CEO of the school. Admission form is reviewed and provisionally accepted A fee slip is generated.
  • Parents/Guardians deposit dues and receive a stamped fee slip.
  • Both provisionally accepted admission form, stamped fee slip along with the required documents are submitted for processing of child/children formal enrollment in the school at the Administrative Office.
  • Child/children attend/s classes after receiving confirmation from the Administrative Office.
  • No refund except the Security fund in case of cancellation after the submission of the duly filled admission form and stamped fee slip.
  • In case the school declined the provisionally accepted form, all dues are refunded to parents/guardians.
  • Fee is subject to annual review as per the policy of the Private School Regulatory Authority, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Playgroup, Nursery & KG:

  • Admission Form
  • Fee Slip
  • NIC Copies of parents (Father & Mother,Guardian if applicable)
  • Nadra B-Form or Birth Certificate Copy
  • 4 photographs of a child (Passport size with white background)
  • School Leaving Certificate countersigned by the DEO where applicable

Grades 1 to 7:

  • Admission Form
  • Fee Voucher/receipt
  • NIC Copies of parents (Father & Mother, Guardian if applicable)
  • Nadra B-Form or Birth Certificate Copy
  • 4 photographs of a child (Passport size with white background)
  • School Leaving Certificate countersigned by the DEO
  • Last three years Academic record of school (where applicable)

RULES OF PAYMENT

Fees are charged for all twelve months of the academic year 2021-22 and are payable monthly within the given due date.

The fees payable for the period of the summer vacation are paid in advance and before closure of the school for summer vacation.

Once the fee slip is issued, payment is made directly at the Administrative Office where the school operates its account. Parents must pay the fees by the date specified on the fee slip.

Fees paid after the due date is subject to a late fee as specified on the fee voucher.

If the tuition fee is not paid by the end of the second month, the student’s admission will be canceled and will not be allowed in school.

Step 3: Parents' Orientation

After the admission, all parents along with their child/children are called for an orientation which will take place on June 11, 2021 where they are briefed on the educational experience their child/children will go through the Academic Session 2021-22 Also, role of parents in child/children’s schooling and expectations of the school from parents are well defined and presented.

Step 4: Students' Orientation

Students’ Orientation Session formally begins on Monday, June 14, 2021. Students wear casual dress.

Step 5 : Classes

Regular classes for Playgroup through Grade 5 begin for the Academic Session 2021-22, as per notification of the Government of Pakistan.
